• Cosmopolitan - This beautiful, pink cocktail is crafted with Aval Dor Emily Scott Citrus Vodka, fresh cranberry juice, a dash of Cointreau and freshly squeezed lime juice. Fresh, fragrant and punchy!

• Espresso Martini - A bestseller needing no introduction. Made with coffee roasted in Cornwall, Aval Dor Original Vodka and coffee liqueur, this cocktail is guaranteed to delight.

• Gin Martini - Invented in the 1800’s, this is Colwith Farm Distillery’s version of one of the world’s most infamous cocktails. Made with Aval Dor Dry Gin and Knightor Dry Vermouth.

• Passionfruit Martini - Last but not least is this passionfruit cocktail, bursting with fresh, zingy flavours. Made with Aval Dor Vanilla Vodka. Please note - this cocktail requires a Cornish Brut / Prosecco top (not provided).

• Negroni - A classic Italian aperitif, made with Aval Dor Cornish Dry Gin, Knightor Rosso Vermouth & Campari. Decadent, bold and definitely not for the faint hearted.

• Seaberry Vodka Sour - This simple yet indulgent cocktail is made with our Aval Dor Seaberry Vodka, fresh lemon, and sugar syrup.

• Spiced Gin Sour – This time we take a festive twist on the classic gin sour – made with our naturally flavoured Aval Dor Spiced Gin, fresh lemon, and sugar syrup.

• Tom Yum Collins - Giving a twist on this classic - we’ve switched out the gin for Aval Dor Original Vodka, adding coriander, chilli and lime to elevate! Please note - this cocktail requires a soda water top (not provided).

• Vodka Martini – Needing no introduction, our Cornish take on this cocktail is made with Aval Dor Vodka and Knightor Dry Vermouth. Our take on this classic tipple.
