Christmas Spirit Making

Back by popular demand is our infamous Christmas Spirit Making experience!

Based on our award winning Gin and Vodka Schools, this experience focuses on harnessing decadent, festive flavours . Think aromatic cinnamon quills, cassia bark, nutmeg and cloves, r for the more exotic, we have festive fruits and even frankincense! The choice is yours this Christmas.

Join our expert distillers for a jovial Saturday afternoon this November & December to hand craft your unique and novel Christmas Spirit.

Your experience includes:

  • A welcome tot of mulled gin and mince pie.

  • An introduction into a world of festive botanicals, flavours and proper gin and vodka distillation. Samples of Aval Dor Christmas Pudding Vodka and Christmas Gin will be on offer - to help get your palates tuned!

  • Under the expert guidance of our team, you will develop a Christmas Spirit recipe (vodka or gin), based on YOUR preference and desires.

  • Next up, you will take control of a copper alembic pot still (just like ours - only smaller) and distil your Christmas Spirit.

  • To quench your thirst after all the hard work, we will make you a festive cocktail of course, whilst your still imbues your carefully selected flavours.

  • Once distilled, you will blend and hand-fill your Christmas Spirit into 1 x 70cl or 2 x 35cl ready to enjoy yourself or gift to loved ones on the big day.

  • £5 discount in our distillery shop on purchases over £30. (Only one £5 discount can be applied per single transaction).
