What shipping services do you offer?

We offer three shipping services. We only ship to the UK. Your preferred shipping service is selected at checkout in our web shop.

Please note that ALL Hampers & Gift Boxes are sent DHL Tracked & Signed for Service and this is included in the price of the product.

Shipping options include:

  1. FREE Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked | Normally 2-3 working days | £0.00

  2. Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked | Normally 1-2 working days | £4.95

  3. Courier Tracked & Signed for Service | Normally 1-2 working days | £9.95

*Please note that during busier periods, delivery times can become extended and we suggest using a paid for service if your order is time sensitive. Please note Royal Mail’s Compensation for Loss Policy. Should an item be lost or delayed using a Royal Mail service, we will not send a replacement or make a claim. As the recipient you can make a claim should you choose*

Are children allowed on experiences?

Our experiences are for persons aged 18 years and over. Well behaved children can attend for free but must be supervised at all times.

Are dogs permitted?

Well behaved dogs on leads can enter our visitor centre, shop and bar area. Only guide dogs are permitted in the working distillery.

What should I wear?

Your experience takes place inside the distillery and our tasting bar. Please wear suitable footwear for a working distillery (no open toed footwear or high heels) and bring a jacket in the colder periods as the distillery itself is unheated.

Is the distillery suitable for wheelchair users?

Yes. Our distillery is DDA compliant. The entire experience takes place on ground floor level. Should you require any additional information or assistance ahead of your visit please email info@colwithfarmdistillery.co.uk.

Please note the stills used in the Vodka and Gin Schools and Masterclasses are located on benches that are approximately one metre from finished floor level. Seating is provided in the form of an adjustable stool. A member of staff will be present throughout any experience to provide assistance.

Can I give a distillery experience as a gift voucher?

Yes please click here to Shop Gift Vouchers to buy a distillery experience gift voucher. Physical and Digital vouchers are available. Please note that a real person will email you a digital voucher so there may be a slight delay issuing a digital voucher should an order be placed outside of normal working hours.

How do I book my experience if I have a gift voucher?

Please click here to Book Experiences and select your experience type. At the bottom of the page hit ‘Book Now’ button and you will be re-directed to a calendar showing available dates. At the top of this page hit ‘Redeem Coupon or Gift Certificate’ to enter your unique voucher number provided on your physical / electronic gift voucher. Then simply select your preferred date and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email which you can use to make any further amendments.

What is your refund & cancellation policy for experiences?

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel an experience booking, please do so with at least 48 hours notice of your booked experience date in order to receive a refund less 5% administration fee (this is our card transaction processing fee).

Unfortunately, experiences cancelled within the 48 hour period cannot be refunded.

You can cancel / amend your booking simply by following the instructions on your confirmation email. You will receive a refund (if applicable) within 7-10 workings days of cancelling your appointment. If you have any queries in relation to cancelling / amending an appointment please contact info@colwithfarmdistillery.co.uk

If your experience is for a group size of 6 persons or more, and you need to cancel, please do so with at least 1 month’s notice in order to receive a refund less 5% administration fee. You can do this simply by following the instructions on your confirmation email where it gives you the option to cancel. You will receive your refund within 7-10 workings days of cancelling your appointment. How do I reschedule my experience?

If you need to reschedule your experience to a different date, as long as you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice, this can be done by simply following the instructions provided in your experience confirmation email for free and as many times as is required, or by emailing info@colwithfarmdistillery.co.uk or calling 01208 873967 during normal business hours.

If your experience booking is a group size of 6 persons or more, and you need to reschedule, as long as you provide at least 1 month’s notice we will book you onto a different date (subject to availability).

What is your refund & cancellation policy for Distillery Sessions?

Due to the non-regular nature of our Distillery Sessions, and the fact catering must be ordered far in advance, we cannot offer refunds on Distillery Session tickets. In the unfortunate event that you can no longer join us, we would encourage you to transfer your tickets to friends or family. In this instance, please contact info@colwithfarmdistillery.co.uk or give us a call on 01208 873967 with your request so we can amend booking information 48 hours prior to the event taking place.

What time do Distillery Experiences start and finish?

How close are you to the train station or bus stop?

There is a First Kernow Bus Stop at Fowey Cross, on the A390 near the Distillery. The nearest train station is Lostwithiel (1.8 miles) or Par (3.2 miles).

Is there free parking onsite?

Yes there is ample free parking at the distillery. Should you wish to leave a vehicle overnight this can be arranged on the day with your tour guide at the owner’s risk.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, if your group size is 10 or more then we can offer a 10% discount on all experiences. Please contact info@colwithfarmdistillery.co.uk or give us a call on 01208 873967 to discuss.

Do you offer private parties or events?

Do you offer blue light discount?

Unfortunately we currently don’t offer this.
