Our delicious Cornish vodka has won the prestigious Platinum Medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition – the first British vodka ever to have achieved such success! (A platinum medal is only ever awarded to spirits that have received a Double Gold for three consecutive years).
Crafted in small batches from our delicious Cornish potatoes, this vodka is distilled forty-times before being blended with mineral water lifted from the distillery's aquifer.

Aval Dor Cornish Coffee Liqueur has been crafted in collaboration with the experts at Workshop Coffee. The result of months of meticulous experimentation and tasting.
We began with a stunning Ethiopian coffee bean, selected for its distinctive profile of mango, toffee and blueberry. Through extensive trials exploring 10–12 different coffees and a range of extraction methods, we arrived at a precisely controlled hot brew process. This method delivers the clearest expression of the coffee’s character while preserving its brightness and complexity, and minimising oxidation.
Blended with our award-winning Original Aval Dor Vodka, chosen for its purity, smoothness and creamy mouthfeel. The result is a liqueur of exceptional balance and luxurious viscosity.
On the nose, expect notes of berry, spice and dried florals. On the palate: a rich, layered flavour profile of sweet, jammy fruit, biscuit, clove, blackcurrant, and deep caramel, with an elegant floral lift.
A true meeting of world class coffee and award winning vodka, crafted with care and precision at every step.

To add to the Christmas cheer, we have taken our Original Gin recipe and given it a big, festive twist!
Charging our hand-made copper pot still with cinnamon quills, clove buds, crushed nutmeg and fresh orange zest on top of our closely guarded Original Gin botanical arrangement, we believe we have crafted a classic Christmas spirit.
Tasting Notes - This true distilled Christmas Gin draws you in with fresh orange and piney juniper at the fore, giving way to delightfully balanced cinnamon and nutmeg spices, leaving you with lingering notes of aromatic cloves.
Perfect Serve - neat over ice or serve in an ice-filled tumbler, topped with ginger ale and garnished with an orange twist.
This festive season, our distillery founder Steve, ventured back into the lab to lovingly craft this rich and decadent Christmassy vodka.
He selected no less than nine exotic fruits, including raisins, currants and sultanas, and let them gently infuse their complex, sweet flavours into our award winning vodka. And if this wasn’t enough, we hand-peeled fifty oranges and let their zesty rinds add another layer of festive flavour to this luxurious spirit.
Tasting Note - lashings of fresh, fragrant orange up front dissipates gently into rich and exotic candied fruits. Finishing long with hints of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg spice.
Perfect Serve - best revered neat over ice or served in a your favourite ice-filled rocks glass, topped with premium ginger ale, a dash of bitters, garnished with a cinnamon quill.

Our Distillers’ Cut Gin is a limited edition, small batch creation, made for gin purists, by gin purists. Crafted from scratch at Colwith Farm, by distillers Steve Dustow & Jordan Gilbert, this expressive gin is a culmination of everything we've learnt about distillation since launching our incredible plough to bottle spirits journey in 2018.
Every drop of knowledge gathered during 20,000 hours of distilling is present in this specially designed bottle of gin. From selecting the perfect potato for the base spirit, cooking, fermenting and distilling in optimal conditions, sourcing the world’s finest botanicals and marrying an array of distilling techniques to produce a gin unlike any other.

Distillation techniques: Pot distilled gin with vapour infusion and partial maceration
Blending water source: Distillery aquifer
Botanicals - Serbian juniper berries, English coriander seeds, Spanish orange peel, Belgian angelica root, Brazilian pink peppercorns, Cornish rosemary, Cornish lemon verbena, North American sweet almonds.
Tasting notes - Freshly macerated piney juniper smacks the palate up front, complemented by rich and warming coriander spice. Subtle citrus sweetness follows, owed to fresh lemon verbena and orange peel. Fragrant pink pepper spice adds further complexity, all brought together harmoniously by sweet almond creaminess and bitter angelica root.
Bottle design - Our Distillers’ Cut Gin is housed in our Limited Edition, small batch bottle. Driven by a desire to nurture local talent, our label artwork features a botanical masterpiece, pencil drawn by local artist and fellow farmer Amy Trudgian and printed by a Cornish company.
Perfect Serves:
A Distillers’ G&T: Place two extra-large ice cubes in our very own Dartington Crystal Copa glass, pour over 50ml of gin and top with chilled Fevertree light tonic water. Garnish with a fresh slice of orange and rosemary sprig.
Jordan’s Gimlet: Fill a cocktail shaker with dry ice cubes straight from the freezer. Pour 60ml of gin, 15ml of fresh lime juice and 15ml of sugar syrup onto the ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a lime twist.

Aval Dor Cornish Blackcurrant Vodka Liqueur is made with hand-picked hedgerow fruits grown within a mile of our distillery.
Crafted in small batches, we pitch freshly picked seasonal berries into our award-winning vodka and simply wait.
This luxurious liqueur extracts authentic flavours from blackcurrants, blackberries, guelder and rosehip berries - grown by our head distiller's grandpa in Lanlivery.
