Say it with flowers!
Did you know in times gone by, each flower sent on Valentine's Day had a specific meaning attached to it, making it possible to deliver an entire message using flowers?
Here, our Aviation Cocktail brings together the lavender notes from our Aval Dor Dry Gin, and violet notes from the Crème de Violette.
Violets represent modesty and humility (often looked on as a sign of innocence)
Lavender is for purity, silence and devotion.

How to make your Aviation cocktail:
50ml Aval Dor Dry Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml Maraschino Liqueur
12.5ml Crème de Violette
Ice
Pour the gin, lemon juice, maraschino liqueur and crème de violette into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well. Taste, then add a splash of chilled water to dilute, if you like. Strain into two chilled cocktail or small rocks glasses and garnish with a maraschino cherry and/ or a violet.
