Our latest vodka spirit is borne out of a collaboration with celebrated Cornish chef Emily Scott - together we bring you a limited edition Aval Dor Citrus Vodka.
Emily, who notably cooked for world leaders and British royalty at this summer's G7 Summit, and our distillery founder Steve Dustow share a mutual passion for food and drink provenance, sustainability and a connection to land and sea. The creation of this exciting, limited-edition Cornish spirit has been a natural pairing - a meeting of hearts and minds.
Emily explains, 'Citrus fruits, to me, are wheels of sunshine that bring colour and deliciousness to my kitchen all year round, they are very much essential ingredients to my cooking. So creating a citrus vodka with Colwith Farm Distillery has been a joy!'
Handcrafted in small batch production, Emily's Aval Dor (which means potato in Cornish) Citrus Vodka is soft, clean with creamy vanilla undertones and bright, fragrant lemon sherbet notes.
Perfect served in a vodka martini, garnished with a lemon twist. Or serve long in an ice filled hi-ball, topped with an Indian tonic water, garnished with a lemon wheel.
