Created by Jo Dulieu, Bar Manager of The Pig at Harlyn Bay, this Cornish take on the ever popular P*rnstar Martini switches air freighted passion fruit for local Cornish Seaberries, meaning this crowd pleaser is not only a classier affair, but also gives the planet far less of a hangover.

35ml Aval Dor Seaberry Vodka

25ml Sea buckthorn Juice 

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Vanilla infused syrup 

3 dashes foaming bitters

Served in a coupe with a lime twist and a shot of English sparkling wine on the side, which works best chucked straight into the same glass!
