Corpse Reviver #333

In our take on the Corpse Reviver No. 2, the kick of Aval Dor Rhubarb and Ginger Gin helps revive the corpse even further, with the ginger helping alleviate any nausea and warm you up from the inside out. As famously quipped by Harry Cradock, creator of the Corpse Reviver No. 2, ‘4 of these in quick succession with un-revive the corpse’. Originally made with Kina Lillet, Cocchi Americano is the closest modern day vermouth to the original recipe (containing quinine, which modern Lillet does not). To keep it Cornish, Knightor White Vermouth works very nicely too.

25ml Aval Dor Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

25ml Cocchi Americano (or Knightor white vermouth)

25ml Triple Sec

25ml Lime juice

Absinthe rinse the chilled coupe

Shake with ice and and double strain into chilled coupe glass
