They say good things come to those who wait… or as we like to say in Cornwall, dreckly! Inspired by the traditional Clover Club, our Dreckly Club brings together Aval Dor Sloe Gin, Dry Gin and Blackcurrant Liqueur for a luxurious, fruit-forward serve that’s as elegant as it is indulgent.
Perfect for festive gatherings, cosy evenings, or simply celebrating the best of Cornish craftsmanship in a glass.
Ingredients
40ml Aval Dor Sloe Gin
10ml Aval Dor Dry Gin
15ml Aval Dor Blackcurrant Liqueur
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Egg White
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to build texture.
Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
