Cornish Elderflower Spritz

Our Cornish Elderflower Spritz is summer in a glass.

Combining our new Cornish Elderflower Vodka with Knightor Brut and a splash of soda water, this light and refreshing serve celebrates one of Britain's most treasured seasonal flavours. Delicate floral notes are balanced by crisp bubbles and a clean finish, creating an elegant cocktail that's perfect for garden gatherings, sunny afternoons and long evenings with friends.

Ingredients

• 50ml Cornish Elderflower Vodka

• 75ml Knightor Brut

• Soda Water

• Plenty of Ice

• Fresh slice of lemon to to garnish (optional)

Method

Fill a high ball with ice.

Pour over the Cornish Elderflower Vodka and Knightor Brut before topping with a splash of soda water.

Gently stir and garnish with fresh elderflower blossom.
