Vesper

Invented by Ian Fleming in Duke’s Hotel and made famous by 007 in Casino Royale. This is one of the only Martinis that should actually be shaken, not stirred, so suitable for Bond and Bond types.

60ml Aval Dor Original Gin

20ml Aval Dor Original Vodka

10ml Cocchi Americano (in place of the now discontinued Kina Lillet)

Shake with Ice and double strain into chilled martini glass

Garnish with a lemon twist
