Vodka Martini – Needing no introduction, Colwith’s version of this revered serve is crafted with Aval Dor Original Vodka (the one with all the awards) and Knightor Dry Vermouth. Simplicity, boldness and elegance in a glass
Bramble - a Cornish twist on another classic. We gently mix our award winning Aval Dor Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice Aval Dor Blackcurrant Liqueur together, creating a crisp and tart flavour with a sweet blackcurrant finish
